AC Input/Output, Pulse Cleaning of Bag House Dust Collectors. |
The model 22CX10 is a solid-state sequencer, employing integrated circuits and 10 optically isolated AC outputs. ( The 22CX10DC operates at 24Vdc ). There are two OFF TIMER circuits and one ON TIMER circuit, each with an adjustable control. There are two INPUT circuits. Applying a voltage to input terminal S1 starts the timer sequencing under the control of OFF timer 1. Applying a voltage to input terminal S2 starts the timer sequencing under the control of OFF TIMER 2. An input to S2 overrides the effect of an input to S1. During an off period the RUN light will turn ON and OFF by a rate determined by the setting of the OFF control. It will be at a fast rate for short OFF TIMES. Each OFF period is followed by an ON period. All output circuits are selected in sequence and a light associated with the selected output will be ON. The selected output circuit is switched ON for the duration of the ON TIME as determined by the setting of the ON control. Unwanted output circuits can be bypassed. Switch assembly SA has one switch for each output circuit. These can be placed in the ACTIVE or BYPASS position as required. The TIMER sequences until both input signals are removed. When the sequence stops the STOP light will turn on. Different types of control and sequencing are possible. These are determined by settings of the three Sequence Control Switches SB 1, 2 & 3. (Refer to the SWITCH SB OPTIONS description for switch settings). A circuit called RUN OUTPUT is turned ON when the sequence is under control of OFF TIMER 2. This is designated R at the terminal strip. All outputs are at the same voltage as the supply. The input supply line is fused. AC models have transients Suppression, transformer Insulation and ZERO Line Output Switching.
