Collectrol Timer

Model 22CX3

AC Input/Output, Pulse Cleaning of Bag House Dust Collectors.

Applying power initially, the control logic selects channel #1 and lights the #1 and stop lights. Applying 120V AC to the RUN input terminal causes the STOP light to turn on and the RUN light to turn on. The RUN light flashes on and off at the rate corresponding to the setting of the OFF timing control. The control logic then turns output #1 triac on for a set time period (T1). The ON light is lit during this period. During the output OFF period (T2), channel #1 is deselected and channel #2 is selected. Channel #1 light turns off and channel #2 light turns on. The cycle continues through all three channels as long as the RUN input is applied. The ON and OFF Times are adjustable. Switch S4 can  be placed in one or two positions. Position A causes the sequence to stop always in channel one, i.e.. after competing a full sequence. Position B causes the sequence to stop In the next OFF period following removal of the RUN input signal. A channel is selected in sequence when its associated BYPASS SWITCH is in the active (down) position. To remove a channel from the sequence place its switch in the BYPASS (up) position.
